Iono RP D16
Compact industrial I/O module powered by the Raspberry Pi RP2040 microcontroller, featuring 16 galvanically isolated channels compliant with IEC 61131-2 and protected against surges. Ideal for development in C/C++ or MicroPython. CE/FCC/IC compliant.
DESCRIPTION
A robust digital I/O module with Raspberry Pi RP2040 at its core
Iono RP D16 is a high-performance industrial I/O device built around the Raspberry Pi RP2040 microcontroller. It offers 16 optically isolated digital input/output channels, designed for durability and compliance with IEC 61131-2 standards. These channels are managed through two MAX22190 input controllers and two MAX14912/MAX14913 output drivers, ensuring fast response and strong protection.
Its internal protection mechanisms, combined with a dedicated circuit design, make it highly resistant to electrical disturbances, allowing it to operate reliably in challenging environments and over long periods.
Developers can create custom firmware in C/C++ or MicroPython, using any RP2040-compatible IDE or development framework. The device works with open-source libraries and tools, making it easy to integrate into existing projects without relying on proprietary software.
Designed for both industrial and residential automation, Iono RP D16 meets CE, FCC, and IC standards, ensuring full conformity with electromagnetic compatibility and safety regulations. It’s a flexible and reliable solution for digital control systems based on the RP2040 ecosystem.
